Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days. 

We will ship products on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders then one could expect up to 3 days for the order to be processed and shipped. All delays will be communicated with the customer ASAP through email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Sent automatically to the customer when their order is fulfilled. Shipping update: sent automatically to the customer if their fulfilled order's tracking number is updated. Out for delivery: sent automatically after orders with tracking information have been out for delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes

PatchedDesigns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

PatchedDesigns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

No international shipping at this time. 

Returns Policy

If for any reason after 14 days from delivery you would like to return your product or request a replacement. Email info@patcheddesigns.com we want to make sure our customers are fully satisfied with their product.
